What's On Your Nightstand?

Just finished Rocket Boys (review here), I read it because it was the August book club selection, which I was happy about as it is one of my favorite books. But today, I am going to start Coalwood Way, the sequel to Rocket Boys. After that I plan to read Sky of Stone, the next in the Coalwood books. I like Hickam's books, but prefer the memoirs to his fiction. I have read Rocket Boys before, but have not read the sequels yet. I am looking forward to reading more about the BCMA (Big Creek Missile Agency) and beyond.

I tend to have more than one book going at a time, often a nonfiction and a fiction book. But, lately, I have not had time to do that. I find that reading time is hard to come by at all and I am choosing to concentrate on one at a time. Though we do also have a family audio book going that we listen to nightly, and of course read alouds for school. Currently, we are listening to The Cat Who Lived High together.
